Objective

To improve pediatric reconstructive surgery by developing patient-specific bioprinted osteochondral-like costal cartilage, starting with a specific indication: rhinoplasty.

To develop a 3D bioprinting procedure based on osteochondral-like bioprinted graft, using SoHo biomaterials enriched with mesenchymal stem cells, and validate its security and functionality in a sheep animal model.
