Objective
To produce NK from induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) made from 'super donors' naturally homozygous for broadly compatible HLA haplotypes (haplolines), thus developing large-scale production of CAR-NK with immediate availability and minimized graft rejection and covering a large part of the population.
