Clinical information
Diagnostic Utility:
Test that determines the presence of specific T lymphocytes that secrete interferon gamma against viruses such as Cytomegalovirus, Adenovirus, Epstein Barr, and BK virus. It is a test used to determine if a donor has specific lymphocytes against a particular virus and thus evaluate if they are suitable as a donor for immunotherapy treatments.
