Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the highest governing body and is composed of individuals independent of any executive function within the organization.

Management Committee

The General Directorate is responsible for the executive part and is equipped with other management committees in order to oversee the implementation of the strategic plan and respond to the challenges faced by the organisation.
