Method:
Determination of the HPA-3b genotype
Prior to determining the genotype, DNA extraction must be performed from a blood sample in EDTA.
The study of the platelet genotype HPA-3b is carried out using the SSP-PCR technique, with specific primers for the HPA-3b allele in a uniplex reaction.
