Method:
Determination of the HPA-4b genotype
Prior to determining the genotype, DNA extraction from a blood sample in EDTA is necessary.
The study of the platelet genotype HPA-4b is carried out using the PCR SSP technique, with specific primers for the HPA-4b allele in a uniplex.
