Rights of data subjects

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and restriction or objection to processing by submitting a request to the Data Protection Coordinator:

You will be informed about the actions resulting from your request within one month. In case of particularly complex requests, the period may be extended by two months (therefore, up to a maximum of three months), always informing you of the extension within the first month.

When the processing of personal data is based on prior consent, you can revoke the consent you gave at any time.

If you believe that we have not provided an adequate response to your request, you can submit a complaint to the data protection officer at: dpd@ticsalutsocial.cat or a complaint to the Catalan Data Protection Authority at www.apdcat.cat.
