Blood and plasma donors are the largest stakeholder group of the Blood and Tissue Bank. After each donation, they receive a survey.

Measurement of Donor Satisfaction (NPS)
Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a metric that uses quantitative and qualitative data to measure donors' satisfaction with the experience they have had.
For new blood donors, the NPS is 85.01 and for regular donors, it is 86.24.
